Born in Chewelah, Washington, singer and songwriter Allen Stone describes himself as "a hippie with soul," and his music reflects both sides of this formula. His vocals and melodic style show the clear influence of classic soul and R&B of the 1960s and '70s, while his lyrics reveal an idealism and passion that recall the folk-inspired singer/songwriters of the same era.

Known as the "Seattle String Guy" because of his work on some many albums, from David Bazan to Macklemore, Andrew Joslyn has carved out a spot in Seattle music infamy. Torry Anderson

Torry Anderson

Torry who plays with Kris Orlowski, has one of best voices in Seattle, singing on countless records and also serving as a full-time member of the band Pacific Gold. He’s been a stalwart guest on most of Orlowski’s Tower Session appearances and is one of the people that always brings a special sauce to every collaboration he is apart of. More on Torry here

Tomo Nakayama

Tomo Nakayama

Tomo Nakayama is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter from Seattle, Washington. His music has been praised by NPR, New York Times, and KEXP, and he has toured throughout the US and Japan at fests such as SXSW, CMJ, Sasquatch, and Bumbershoot. Fog On The Lens is his first solo album, made after nearly a decade fronting beloved Seattle chamber-pop band Grand Hallway, and composing for an acting in Lynn Shelton’s Sundance Grand Jury nominated film "Touchy Feely".

Tim Wilson is the lead singer of the pop-rock group, Ivan & Alyosha. Maiah Manser

Maiah Manser

Five years ago, Maiah Manser moved to Seattle to pursue a career in music. Since then, she has worked both as a solo artist, as well as with a variety of projects including: Mary Lambert (as a touring vocalist featured on Jay Leno's Tonight Show, Good Morning America, & VH-1's You Oughta Know), The Esoterics, and Pollens. Maiah began her solo career playing for EMPs Sound Off! 2013 competition. In Sept 2014, her song 'Hold Your Head Up' was featured in City Arts Magazine's Top 5 Most Attractive Singles. She is currently finishing work on her debut EP with producer Buddy Ross (Frank Ocean, Motopony). Often compared to female power houses like Kate Bush, Lana Del Rey, FKA Twigs, Björk & Adele, Maiah strives to fuse the digital and the organic in every aspect of her music.

Shenandoah Davis

Shenandoah Davis has been a force in the Seattle music scene, best known for her work performance solo under her name and as part of the orchestral pop group Grand Hallway. A classically trained pianist with a distinct voice and eclectic palate, the Tower Sessions were lucky enough to have her join the holiday themed choir this past December. Sam Hoshin

Sam has a texture and jazz swing to her voice that captivates everyone. She’s accompanied Kris for multiple Tower Sessions, including a special performances of the Gershwin Sessions and in the holiday choir this past December. Sam is working on multiple music projects, be on the look out for her music.

Bryan John Appleby

Bryan John Appleby

Bryan John Appleby is a singer/songwriter and composer living in Seattle, WA by way of the Central California Coast. He's quickly earned a reputation as a notable lyricist and a compelling solo performer, leaving new and old fans affected by his warm voice and intricately crafted lyrics.

Anna-Lynne Williams is best known as the lead singer, songwriter, and guitarist of Trespassers William, an indie rock band based in Seattle, Washington, but is gaining more acclaim this past year under the moniker Lotte Kestner. Kevin has been another long time songwriter and folk performer in Seattle, rising out of the Connor Byrne scene. His soft, poignant voice echoes his guitar playing, cutting straight to the heart. Jacob Navarro

Jacob Navarro, the founding member and force behind the NW band Spoonshine brought his colorful guitar playing to the Tower Sessions for a special performance of the Gershwin Sessions. Rebecca Chung Filice joined the Tower Sessions for a special performance of the Gershwin Sessions. In demand as a session musician, Rebecca has appeared on blockbuster film soundtracks and has collaborated with various artists including Judy Collins, Mary Lambert, as well as playing with theTrans-Siberian Orchestra. Nate is the magic behind the production and instrumentation of the Gershwin Sessions and producer for Kris Orlowski's upcoming album "Often in the Pause" due April 2016. Nate joined and directed the music for the Gershwin Sessions performance as part of the October Tower Sessions.

Seth May-Patterson

One of the last students of the virtuoso violist Emanuel Vardi, Seth May-Patterson performs regularly with the Tacoma Symphony, Federal Way Symphony, and sits Principal for the Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra and the Seattle Rock Orchestra.

Alina To

Alina To is a Seattle-based freelance studio and performing violinist as well as private violin teacher. She is currently a member of a variety of musical projects, including B’shnorkestra, Scrape, and Tacoma Symphony Orchestra, and has collaborated with artists such as the Fleet Foxes, Jherek Bischoff, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, the Degenerate Art Ensemble, and Eyvind Kang.

Corey Harper

Corey Harper

Corey Harper is an American singer/songwriter from Portland, Oregon. Born in St. Louis, Missouri to Brad and Robin Harper, Corey began playing guitar at an early age when he came across a Fender Stratocaster at his uncles house is Kansas City. After touring in Cody Simpson's band, Cody recently went out on his own, and opened Justin Bieber's NW stadium tour dates. Corey currently resides in Venice, and is working on writing and producing his first EP.
